Artist Statement:
My work as a ceramic artist centers around the interplay between art and science. At the heart of my exploration lies the captivating geometry of wheel-thrown vessels, serving as a canvas for showcasing the mesmerizing depth and organic motion of crystalline glazes. The complexity of the glaze present on the surface of each piece gives rise to a powerful relationship between light and darkness, beauty and imperfection. The core of my art celebrates the dichotomy and harmony between these elements.
